EQUINE

Churro the Burro

Meet Churro, the latest addition to the White Stallion Ranch. We’ve all become obsessed with him and adore him to pieces. He loves to snuggle and enjoys all the attention that he can get. His noises are the funniest and seeing the horses react to him. He still thinks the horses are a bit scary […]

Why do an engagement session? : for brides

So do we really need to do an engagement session? One of the most heard questions from couples during our client meetings. Do you need to? No, you don’t need to BUT I’d highly recommend doing one. If it’s not included in your photographer’s package, it will be an added expense, I get that but […]

EQUINE

Team Penning

It’ll test your skills as a cowboy/cowgirl: team penning. Rounding up 3 cows and separating them from the group into a pen. It’s great to do with friends and family and you can do it at quite a few dude ranches in the US. It’s fun to photograph too!

Girls and their favourite horses, it’s my favourite thing to see. So much love and happiness. These horses bring out the best in us. I loved documenting Christina recently with her two favourites Gus and Rambo. Gus decided to French kiss her which made us laugh so hard. Funny boy <3

She’s a wrangler at White Stallion Ranch, he’s her favourite horse in the world. Meet Christina and Bravo, the Clydesdale who she actually barrel races with! Her dream was to take photos with him and the US flag, so we decided to make that happen! With a Clydesdale, boots, flag and a gun, it doesn’t […]

Fay: equestrian portraits

Fay is one of the sweetest people I know. She’s Dutch, like me, and during her stay at White Stallion Ranch she wanted to have some photos taken with the horses to remember her stay. The light was magical, the horses were hilarious (one of them opted to carry my bag for me, another decided […]

You’ve booked your photographer, you’ve been browsing wedding blogs and Pinterest looking at gorgeous photos and then read in a magazine that you should make a shot list for your photographer. Which means you create a list of all the photos you want captured at your wedding day and give this to your photographer to […]
